End User License Agreement (EULA)

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) for ERPSecVerse SAP Security Excel Add-in

  1. GRANT OF LICENSE: ERPSecVerse (“Licensor”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the ERPSecVerse Excel Add-in (the “Software”) for internal business purposes, subject to the terms of your purchased license (Trial or Paid).
  2. SAP/ERP AUTHORIZATIONS: You acknowledge that the Software utilizes the SAP .NET Connector to communicate with your ERP environment. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all users have the appropriate SAP authorizations to execute the BAPIs or functions called by the Software.
  3. DATA PRIVACY & LOCAL PROCESSING: The Software is designed for local execution. All SAP credentials and ERP data remain within your local machine and corporate network. ERPSecVerse does not transmit, store, or have access to any data retrieved from your ERP systems.
  4. RESTRICTIONS: You shall not: (a) Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software; (b) Sublicense, rent, or lease the Software; (c) Use the Software to bypass SAP’s standard security or licensing protocols.
  5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ERPSECVERSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DATA LOSS, SYSTEM DOWNTIME, OR FINANCIAL LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
  6. TERMINATION: This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.
